We offer professional CV and résumé writing, business plan creation, document translation, career coaching, online courses and training materials, and business formation guidance. All services are educational and informational in nature. We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or regulated financial adviser, and nothing we provide constitutes legal, immigration, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
4. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Liberty Barris. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your card details.
5. Delivery of services
Digital products and downloadable materials are made available immediately or within the timeframe stated on the product page. Bespoke services (such as CV writing, business plans, and translation) are delivered within the turnaround time agreed at the time of purchase. Timelines begin once we have received all required information from you. We will notify you of any delays as soon as reasonably practicable.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our services, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If work has not yet commenced on a bespoke service, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available except where we have failed to deliver the agreed service. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. If you believe a service has not been delivered as described, please contact us through our contact form within 14 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and templates — is the intellectual property of Liberty Barris and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Upon full payment, bespoke deliverables (such as your CV or business plan) are licensed to you for personal or commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our proprietary templates, course materials, or other non-bespoke content.
8. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to deliver your service. Liberty Barris is not liable for delays or deficiencies in delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liberty Barris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take pride in the quality of our work, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes — including, without limitation, job placement, business success, visa approval, or any other result. Career and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
